Sedna The Sea Goddess

The Inuit tell a tale of a beautiful girl who (depending on the story variations) ended up sinking to the bottom of the sea. Her father cut off her fingers as she clung to their kayak. As she sank, she sees her fingers turn into some of the first sea creatures. Ever since then, Shamens dive down to comb her tangled hair, trying to please her to ensure they have good catches.

This is a giclée print of my original watercolor and ink painting. Each print comes hand signed and titled. Prints are packaged with a rigid backing board in a plastic sleeve and are ready to pop in a standard sized frame.

This print is available in three sizes: 5x7", 8x10", and 11x14" and as stationery.
